WHAT TO EXPECT:

March 11: Conditioning and Defense

·       Infield and outfield defense 

·       Position-specific training

·       Softball-specific conditioning- Core Strength, flexibility, explosiveness

March 18: Conditioning and Hitting
             ·      Hitting mechanics for success
             ·      Power hitting and small game training
             ·      Softball-specific conditioning- core strength, flexibility, explosiveness

March 25: Pitching and Confidence Building

·      Injury-preventative mechanics

·      Velocity and accuracy

·      Injury-preventative mechanics

·      Velocity and accuracy

·      Mental toughness, confidence-building, stamina, understanding hitters
